Bar Manager Shayne Denton has been with Mimmo for seven years. Growing up in Destin, Shayne has gone out of his way to provide a hyper-local drink menu. He sources spirits as close to home as possible, made right here on the Emerald Coast, or at least in Florida. If he can’t find it in Florida, then he sources Italian distilleries. He also spends part of the year in the Maker’s Mark distillery making Mimmo’s own blend. This special blend is smoked with bourbon barrel chips and Hickory. This makes Mimmo Maker’s Mark blend special and unique in the world. With non-alcoholic options rising in popularity, they pride themselves on also having the best “spirit-free” options on the Emerald Coast.
